No. This challenge is built around real food you can find at a regular grocery store and prepare in your own kitchen. There are no required supplements, branded products, meal subscriptions, or "magic powders." The focus is on developing good habits - not creating a dependency on any external stuff.

Is this another expensive program that leads to subscriptions or upsells?

No. This is a one-time, low cost challenge. The goal is to teach habits that you can carry forward on your own, without ongoing costs. Inside the checkout page, you will have the option to purchase 3 live check-in video calls with your coach if you feel like you'd like some extra support and accountability as you go through the program. These calls are completely optional.

How much time does this actually take each day?

This challenge is designed for real life. Most daily actions take 15-30 minutes or less, including simple movement, basic food prep, and short mindset or reflection prompts. No long workouts, no complicated tracking, and no overwhelm.

Do I need a gym, fancy equipment, or prior fitness experience?

Absolutely not. All movement should be body-weight based and adaptable to your current ability level. You can do this at home, outdoors, or wherever you are because there is no specific workout plan in this particular program....on purpose. We are focusing more on building consistency in an ongoing movement practice instead of chasing intensity. Just putting on your walking shoes and heading outdoors for 15-30 minutes for 21 straight days puts you the winner's circle!

What if I've tried "getting back on track" before and it never sticks?

That's exactly who this challenge is for. The structure focuses on small, repeatable habits instead of extreme rules or perfection. The 21-day format is intentional because it's long enough to create some momentum, but short enough to feel doable. Willpower isn't enough for long-term transformations.
